FAQ
The counter-pick recommendations are currently based on Spilo's counterplay guide. A feature is in development to make this customizable, allowing users to tweak it based on their own experience and playstyle.
Hero categorization is based on Krow's Rock/Paper/Scissors meta theory. Heroes are grouped into dive, poke, and brawl compositions based on their playstyle and synergies. Dive heroes excel at quick engagements, poke heroes are best at long-range damage, and brawl heroes thrive in close-quarters combat.
A customization feature is currently in development. Soon, users will be able to exclude heroes they don't play or adjust counter relationships to match their playstyle.

OWCOUNTER currently supports the following resolutions:
- 2560 x 1440

Yes, there's a known issue with screenshot capture in Overwatch 2:
- The default Print Screen key may activate cursor selection mode, requiring you to press Escape to continue playing.
- We recommend binding an additional key (e.g., Home, Page Up/Down) for smoother screenshot capture.
- However, Overwatch 2 has a bug where the additional hotkey may stop working temporarily. If this occurs, you can:
- Use the Print Screen key as a temporary workaround.
